Poppins Privacy Policy

Protecting student identity, academic merits, behavioral records, and ledger integrity across campus operations.

1. Information We Process

Poppins operates as an educational merit and behavioral recognition engine synchronized with your educational institution’s master student information system (DNACMS).

Student Identifiers: Name, admission number, grade/class division, and mentor assignment links.
Activity Ledgers: Merit awards, teacher recognitions, demerit records, student reflection appeals, and reward store redemptions.
Authentication Credentials: Secure session tokens based on verified institutional roles (Student, Mentor, Super Teacher, Administrator).

2. Zero-Trust Access Controls & Role Segmentation

Data access follows strict campus institutional segmentation to guarantee student confidentiality:

Students & Guardians

Can view only their own point balances, transaction histories, and submit point claims or reflection appeals.

Mentor Teachers

Restricted to evaluating assigned mentees within active administrative mentoring windows.

3. No Commercial Tracking or Third-Party Sharing

Poppins is an enterprise educational tool built exclusively for student growth. We never sell student data, track students across third-party websites, or display commercial advertisements. All points, demerits, and reflection logs remain the exclusive intellectual property of the institution.

4. Ledger Integrity & Reviewer Audit Stamps

Every awarded PopCoin, demerit penalty, or redemption carries an immutable reviewer stamp with exact timestamps, reviewer IDs, and reason notes to safeguard fairness and prevent arbitrary grading.
